Dr. Chatwani’s presentation is: Organisational Agility – just a hype?

Organisational agility is sometimes written off as a 21st century management trend, while others proclaim it to be the only remedy for managing disruptive change. Based on her recent book on organisational agility (2019, Palgrave), Neha Chatwani will explain why it is important for organisations to understand agility. She will also outline its main characteristics and illustrate the intentional impact of these. During this talk, executives will gain insights on how their organisations can recognise their own ability for agility and how to nurture and leverage these strengths for better organisational efficiency and effectiveness for meaningful business impact. The focus of this presentation will be on agile leadership and knowledge management.

We would very much like to see you among us on December 13th. The event will start at 09:30 in 41 North Business School located in the Ferko Signature Building, Floor B4 in Levent.
