This month’s keynote speaker will be Simon Cavicchia and Alper Eroglu.

Simon is an internationally experienced Executive Coach, OD Consultant, Coach Supervisor, Team Coach and Lecturer. Simon draws on his experience in consulting, deep human systems understanding and psychology to enable individuals and organisations to successfully navigate the complexities of transformational change processes, develop their senior leaders and leadership cultures. He is currently a member of faculty on the Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching and for eight years led the Masters Programme in Coaching Psychology at the Metanoia Institute in London. He was also a faculty member on the Masters in Organisational Development – A Gestalt Approach, also at the Metanoia Institute. He works in Financial Services, the NHS, Pharma, University Sector, Oil and Gas, Media, Retail and several Charities and Public Sector organisations such as the Probation Service.

 

Alper is an internationally experienced business leader. Currently he leads Beauty & Personal Care division as a board member of Unilever Turkey, Central Asia, and Iran. Previously, he has worked as a marketing director for B&PC and Home Care categories in Turkey between 2015-2019 and as a global media director between 2014-2015 in UK. Between 2005-2014, he has worked in Turkey, Italy, UK regionally and globally for several ice cream marketing roles. He holds economics & finance degree from Middle East Technical University & UCSD. He is interested in leadership development and trained as a gestalt leadership coach helping leaders unleash their potential. He defines his purpose as challenging the status quo to improve into the future and holding the space for people to be themselves.

 

During the presentation Simon Cavicchia and Alper Eroglu will share their experiences from their individual perspectives about coaching and its role in leadership development.

  • Creating optimal performance conditions through humanizing the workplace.
